completing a Competitive Perceptions report, we discovered that this
client really stood out in the area of ‘proper pet training’.
Overshadowed by years of branding by the market’s competitive leader,
they needed to ‘focus’ on a central idea that was foremost in the
customer’s minds: their pet’s safety. No one can compete
with Pet Stop’s personal guarantee of training above and beyond what
their competitors offer. This commercial was designed to emphasize
the proper training required to keep a pet safe, and to lend credibility
to Pet Stop’s owner. A straight-forward approach…

completing the 5-Step Marketing Strategy Model, we discovered that
Tri-Wealth (financial consultants) shared the perception of basically
all other financial consulting groups:
people were intimidated by the up-front fees.
Tri-Wealth was different, however.
Their main focus was “finding money”….they never charge
fees for their process…instead, they ‘find money’ by looking at a
client’s whole financial picture and finding inefficiencies.
They then use that ‘found money’ to put to work for their
clients.
