Your commercial has to stand out…both in content and
quantity. Repetition is recall. Radio is absolutely the best vehicle for
frequency - and frequency is simply the repetition needed to drive
recall. In a nutshell….do not spread your commercials thin. The secret to advertising is CONCENTRATION. That means a lot of commercials in a short period of time. Retention is stronger. Your message cuts through the clutter. Think of the advertisers you love to hate. The commercials you would swear have been aired at least 50 times in the last 24 hours. THOSE are the people who know how to use radio. (Note: some of the commercials
are really bad….when you work with us, yours won't be!)
Instead of taking 50 or 60 commercials and spreading them over an entire month, we put them all into one week. The type of schedule we do is a sure winner…in fact, 8 times more likely to produce results! If you do anything less than OES (see The Perfect Schedule), you're only cheating yourself!
